- Payment information when you pay a consultation/procedure deposit. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your full card details ourselves.

We process your contact and enquiry details on the basis of your consent and to take steps towards a contract at your request (arranging a consultation). We use trusted third-party providers to help us run our services, including:
- Payment processing (Stripe) for deposit payments.
- Customer relationship / booking management tooling, to coordinate enquiries and appointments.
- Email communication providers, to send booking confirmations and follow-ups.
- Secure database hosting, to store enquiry and booking records.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share what's necessary for these providers to deliver their service to us, and each is bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and clinical record-keeping obligations. If you enquire but do not proceed with treatment, we retain your details for a limited period so we can follow up, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
